Caulfield/Ely Upgrades
Transforming 3.5 miles of vital roadways, adding protected bike lanes, green traffic calming, roundabouts and safer crosswalks.
We have a major opportunity to transform the Ely and Caulfield corridors, and your voice is needed to make it happen. It includes Caulfield Lane from Lakeville, over the freeway and all the way to Garfield near the airport. It reconfigures much of Ely Boulevard South, from E. Washington to Frates Road. Design will happen in 2026, construction in 2027.
