Community-Led Traffic Safety (CoLTS)

The project, modeled after one in Oakland, CA, harnesses the power of neighborhoods’ desire to improve the street where they live. With approval and oversight from the City of Petaluma, neighbors install simple and easily-removed traffic circles, corner bump-outs, and mid-block tree parklets.
